Hello and welcome.
There’s nothing quite like looking at a golf hole in the perfect light to get a golfer excited about playing there. Show the golfer how good a course can look, from their point of view, and it helps them imagine the sort of shot they’ll need or want to play. That is why I combined my life-long passions for the camera and the golf club into Kevin Markham Photography.
I started playing golf at the age of five (that's me and my dad above) and have worked as a golf writer and photographer since 2007. You'll find my blog at www.theirishgolfblog.com. I have been lucky to play hundreds of courses across Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe, and I have also enjoyed photographing many of them – sometimes just to remind myself of the subtleties and shapes of the course, and sometimes because a client has employed me to.
I love to show off a course to its best advantage using natural light and the beauty of the surroundings to create compelling imagery.
